Unzip SMBCLUT and EVFSGUI into \ecs\system\samba\
Put the above directory in the PATH and LIBPATH variables (I recommend that it be last because the NET.EXE included in this package is not compatible with the NET.EXE supplied with OS/2)
Make a samba directory in the %ETC% directory and copy the smb.conf file to %ETC%\samba\.
Edit the %ETC%\samba\smb.conf file and change the workgroup = parameter
