Do you already have networking (Either File and Print Sharing or TCP/IP) installed? If not, that's the
first step. Use the Selective Install icon in the System Setup->Installation Folder.
At one point you'll be asked to select your network card. There is a button to "Add an unlisted
network card". Select it and when prompted use the disk that came with your SN3200.
