I installed from the disk of the month and the NASA reflector gives me
garbage. I get a green window for the NASA TV video. The top eighth
of the frame has some squiggly lines that appear to update, but the
bottom seven eights of the window is a solid color.

The readme says that the software requires 'DIVE' and 'DART' to run.
What are these and do I have them? I am running Warp 4 with no
fixpacks. My MMPM/2 appears to be installed OK since I can play AVI
movies.
