Subject: SCOUG-General: Fwd: Password Help?

Anybody have clues on this? I asked him to try to find boot floppies, see if
he can boot that way, and to look around the office to see if he has security
software boxes around so we know what we're dealing with. Anybody has any
clues, please respond.

Actually, my approach would be to call the guy and ask for the password, and if
he refuses, sue him. Probably have to rebuild the system.

Also, since we don't know this guy, be careful about giving him anything
dangerous.

Hi,

I have just been assigned to upgrade an OS2 Version 3 to Version 4.
Unfortunately, the previous administator has left the company and
I was dropped into this project.
Heres the problem, when I am trying to perform some
system admin tasks at the O.S level, the system asks for the
admin password which no one here knows.

Would have any suggestion on how to overcome
this obstacle?

Going around in circles,

Dae
