Yes, unfortunately.

Subscribed and got the latest. They delayed delivery waiting
for NS 4.61 and finally gave up and mailed it without.
Everything seems to work up until clicking the icons. Tried
to bring up a properties page hoping to keep the prompts
from closing, but the icons don't seem to be regular OS/2
objects. I've seen something like this once in a long while
when a REXX program can't find its working directory.
