Make sure that you put in exactly the info when registering that you put in
when you installed. If you put No.67 in one and just 67 in the other you
will generate a key that won't work.

Well, filling in the blanks turned out to be incredibly easy, though a
little strange.
Warning from Felmon: do not use ANY
characters higher than 128 in your form, for example, no pound signs to
indicate and apartment number or office suite number. You could
probably put 1234 My Street, No. 987 or something like that.
