At last night's Networking SIG, Kim Cheung installed Wise Manager, Warp
Server and "Aurora" on Sheridan George's school network.
Kim put Gloria Huang to work inserting boot prom's into the network
cards, and SIG leader Steve Schiffman brought in some additional
equipment to expand the network.
(Wise Manager is Kim's software that uses IBM RIPL to boot and run full
OS/2 installations on diskless workstations.)
Kim's a great presenter and the meeting was excellent. Steve and
Sheridan, thanks for setting it up.
- Peter
