Subject: SCOUG-General: Revised (now more complete) Latin-1 Character Set table

Content Type: text/plain

I have just put a revised Latin-1 Character Set table on my website at

http://home1.gte.net/drjuice/latin1cs.htm

It now has the text representation, the character and the character
description for all printable characters, plus the notation for the
non-printing characters.

Why this is useful:

If you've ever been doing HTML where you can't get some character to
display properly, this should take care of all printing (and therefore
displaying) characters for you. The earlier versions of this table
didn't handle characters below ASCII 161.

Enjoy (if this is relevant to your life).
