Subject:	SCOUG-General: Drag menu.

I have not tried this yet, and I may have been mistaken as to what it does.
This may be effecting how the menu bars work instead of bookmarks.

How to turn on the old drag menu style.

Add this line to prefs.js:

user_pref("os2.drag_menu", true);
