Content Type: text/plain

FYI. However, I noticed that a number of OS/2 software titles is out-of-date (an example: Netscape is still
at 2.02, X-it is at 2.4 instead of 2.6, etc.)

OTOH, there is a "Submit Software" link where one can let them know about new/updated software.

Tucows has decided to restore their OS/2 software archive!

You will find the OS/2 section, now under the "Tucows Classic OS"
section, along with ... Windows 3.1 (!!) at the following URL:

http://classic.tucows.com/os2soft.html

(Yes, they seem to think that our beloved 32-bits, multithreading
since april 1992, object-oriented interface operating sytem is
somehow comparable to microsoft's single-threading, cooperative
multitasking windows 3.1 shell on top of MS-DOS).

This is a good start, however I'd like to see the OS/2 Tucows
mirrored worldwide (like it was when the section was created) and
listed along the "Java Tucows" and "BeOS Tucows" sections on the main
page, not hidden in the back.

Imho, anyone who shares these concerns should politely write a "thank
you" letter expressing our joy to see the OS/2 section restored
(along with any constructive criticism) to feedback@tucows.com.
