Subject: SCOUG-General: Warp 4/FP12 won't shut down

I tried to shut down Warp 4/FP12 with the button in Warp Center and via
the menu window. Neither one did the trick when there was no app running
in the background or when Ztree Bold was running. The shutdown routine
did close Ztree Bold, but then it stopped.

This problem does not seem to have affected other pc operations.

I did have a lockup several weeks ago, had to turn off my box. But chkdsk
did not find any lost data and repaired the file allocation in a cache and
two other files I thought were insignificant. Besides, I have started and
shut down several times without difficulty since the lockup.

TIA for any suggestions as to how I can resolve my problem.
