I started there as well.

4.0 is the latest and greatest.

FP12 is stable. FP13 was just announced and depending on your needs may be
problematic. I need some graphics fixes in FP13 but they seem to be part of
the problem. I'm in wait mode for now.

HPFS and cache has been very reliable for me. I haven't had a FAT
partition since DOS 3.3.

>4. What support or commitment is IBM showing towards the OS?

The usual lack of commitment, at least toward end users. Corporate users
have some commitment. There are still several large groups promoting and
using OS/2 for the end user.

The Voodoo should be supported by the SciTech Device Drivers (SDD). They
are the new breed of universal drivers for OS/2. Even IBM is expected to buy
in on them.

Welcome back!
