The SET command is supported. It is unlikely to do anything other than
set the enviroment variable. I seriously doubt that is will change the
limit. I won't go into the technical reasons why.

I guess you mean Win32 apps. I can't say for sure, but I suspect not.
There are other things that need to be updated. FWIW, this limit has
always been available in Warp Server. FP13 just made it available for the
Warp4 client. I sure some curious soul would have tested Win32 support on
Warp Server by now.
