Which raises the question of whether or not the proposal by DOJ will
effectively correct the illegal activities by Microsoft, and whether it
will "make whole" those that have been by their illegal actions.
Specifically, how this will impact those of us OS/2 users that have
suffered due to Microsoft practices.
A group of economists, one of whom I'm familiar with, have submitted an
alternative to the court, saying that DOJ's proposal will be ineffective.
Should OS/2 users do the same?
