That actually happened before but it's actually the 1st time for "this"
Egghead.
First they did a conventional bankrupcy (chapter 11 I think) and closed
their stores. Later (I don't recall if another bankrupcy filing was
involved) they sold their assets to OnSale... which then adopted the
Egghead name. So it's actually OnSale (now named Egghead or actually
Egghead.com I believe) that's filing this time and selling their assets/operations
to Fry's.
Maybe if Fry's is smart, they will see the value in this and adopt the
Egghead name .
