Yes and yes. I could upload the the compressed audio files to SCOUG.com

If the audio files were also made available separately, to improve their
timeliness, there might be some additional demand on the website server.
Perhaps after hours would be more convenient for the large downloads.
Additional space on the CD is probably there and and the additional
time required is less than a minute/CD.
