OK, why don't you get together with Jizba and put together a simple
proposal. What I'd like to see is:

- Who's going to do the taping
- Who's going to do the digital conversion
- Who's going to promote the material to the news sites
- Estimated web space needed per recording for planning purposes
- Who's going to write up the FAQ. I wouldn't assume folks know how to
download and play
- Estimated number of "copies" needed and who will make the copies

Also, some discussion of:

- Conversion of existing material (if any)
- Format alternatives (.wav, .mp3, mpeg1)
- Benifits (if any) of streaming audio capability
- Should SCOUG charge for "copies" or delivery costs

would be useful.

Steven
