Look at http://www-4.ibm.com/software/os/warp/swchoice; apparently IBM has made available as of
yesterday (03/30/2001) a Web browser (based on Warpzilla).

However:

1) There is a missing plug-in for Java 1.3 that should be available sometime soon.
2) There is a problem running Java applets thru a proxy server; a workaround is listed here at the above
website.
