Subject: SCOUG-General: Coast to coast help desk results

Steven,

I hid the C partition that included something that was giving trouble,
unhid the one I had hidden for a possible Windoze system, and installed
Warp 4 again in the latter (as we discussed) without any trouble. Warpup
came, so I installed FP15, the feature installer, Netscape 4.61, and the
DDFixpak

The DDFixpak froze my mouse, but I had an archive and backup and got it
moving again.

At the moment I am getting ready to install Java 1.1.8 from the Warpup CD
by reading the readme file.

Thanks again for the help via phone. Now that I can send e-mail again, I
may ask you for some more help; you can say you have an e-mail help desk,
if you couldn't say that before.
