Steve Schiffman replies:

In order to alleviate any networking issues/configuration problems, the
Network SIG will assist in setting up a working network with a DHCP
server configured to support Virginia's networking addresses. Any one
wanting to download Virginia's code samples just needs to bring their
laptop/notebook/desktop computer that has a working ethernet network
adapter and network software installed.
