Based on the syslevel, I am assuming this is an older system running Warp
Server and that has been running for a long time without troubles and that
the trouble just started recently and that you have not do any recent
system changes.
If this is the case, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you give
the system an thorough cleaning, reseat all the cards and cables and test
the memory.
