This says that Peer is forgetting or losing connections. This can be
caused by many things from bad drivers to incorrect protocol.ini settings
to Peer defects. Check the Peer error logs. They might provide some
hints. Try:
net view \\servername
from the command line. Replace servername with the name of the machine
that you cannot communicate with.
Can you get the connection back using the Shared Resources and Connections
folder?

This does not matter. DHCP applies only to TCP/IP. You are using NetBIOS
or TCPBeui to transfer files with Peer.
