Windows NT 3.51 had an HPFS driver which worked with OS/2 HPFS volumes. The
driver was dropped from NT 4.0 and up, but some folks (I'm not one of them) who
understood NT pretty well were successful in getting NT 4.0 to use that driver.
Not sure I can locate it now, but I do have a copy somewhere in the 15+gb of
files on my system. Perhaps someone else who is more of an NT jockey can be of
additional assistance.
