Hmm. I'm not familiar with .mu and .au.
Wotsit's lists .au as a sound file format used by Sun and NeXT. I
checked their document on it and it's pretty straight-forward. They
didn't have a reference for .mu.
I'm not up-to-speed on Octave. It'll probably be easier if I just write
a .wav generator program.
