Like this:
[d:\tmp]rexxtry call beep 200, 200
................................................ REXXTRY.CMD on OS/2
[d:\tmp]
The dots are the usual rexxtry prompt.

I does appear that either drivers are disabling the speaker or the speaker
is broken. If the former, I sure don't know how the drivers are doing
this. Are you sure the speaker was working before after you installed the
sound card and before you installed the drivers?
