Found ORC150.zip on Peter Norloff's BBS site (couldn't get into Hobbes),
and I think I'm back.

Made sure I was backed up. Tried to recreate the System object without
deleting it. Didn't work, no effect. Deleted it using Unimaint,
rebooted--it was gone. Went back to ORC, selected the object and
pressed create again. The system hung, nothing else to do but
ctrl-alt-del. On rebooting there it was and apparently functional.
