This is why I mentioned IRQ's earlier and asked you to look at the LED's.
The Linksys drivers, like many others, require an unshared IRQ. However,
the drivers are defective in how they request the IRQ. When the driver is
assigned a shared IRQ, it will load and it can transmit without problems.
However, it will not be able to receive.
If should be careful when assigning blame to the Linksys driver. It's
possibly to other driver that was sharing the IRQ that has the defective
code. However, the end result is the same.
