I suspect a driver problem or and IRQ conflict. When the system boots
does the BIOS show the Linksys sharing an IRQ with any other device?
Lot's of folks have working Linksys cards. Lot's of folks have problems
with them too. The problem is there are at least 4 versions of the card
and they all use different drivers. Do you happen to know your card
revision?
