I do not classify operator malfunction as a type of fault. It's not as if
the operator has any control over the malfunction.

Well,
- install Unimaint
- install the CSD
- reboot
- start unimaint
- click on the Class List toolbar icon
- scroll down to GUDisk and select it
- click on Deregister
There are other class registration tools. They usually have the word
"register" or something similar in their names.
