Hi Sandy -
If I remember right, WordPro installs its own drivers when you do the initial install, and of
course doesn't tell you about it. My guess would be that if you either reinstall your
original driver for the printer, or uninstall the Lotus one, things should get better.
I'm not running WordPro right now, but I do have an older version that I could try
depending on what luck you have.
