I bought a five pack of 10/100 SOHO NICs a couple of years ago. The drivers
work fine and they run at the speed of the hub. However, they will not run
at 100M in the summer. I've had to swap in a 10M hub, And then they still
might loose connection. Now one of them has died.
Where can I get NICs, WITH DRIVERS, and of coarse cheap.
I notice that hubs are now auto sensing 10/100. If both the NIC and the hub
are able to auto select speed, how is speed determined.
TY
Ray
