Subject:	SCOUG-Help: ezirc won't install

When I run setup.cmd to install ezirc12o after unzipping the first zip
file, the program stops with a SYS1041-The name unzip is not recognized as
an external or internal command, etc.

Below this information is:

26 *-* @unzip install -d 'dir' >nul';
*** RC 1041

I would appreciate any suggestions for getting around this problem.
