Yes. Given the compexity of what checkini does, it's best to run it
interactively until you understand it somewhat. After that, it's pretty
safe to let it run automatically as long as you have working backups.

If Warp has been installed for a while and the .INI's have not be tended
to, the first couple of runs can be tedious. After that, checkini will
only find a couple of items. I find it takes me no longer to run it
manually than the check the log file.

I tend to let cleanini run automatically. It's only deleting unreferenced
handles, so it won't damange anything unless some disasterous occurs
during the run.
