The box says PlexWriter 12/10/32S (the "S" apparently means SCSI). I
was going to install it on Sunday but when I got home there were a few
"new" family things I had to deal with. I haven't opened the box yet
and don't know when I'll be able to -- there are "newer" family things
that came up on Monday. (sigh)
I didn't get any blank CDs at ACP because I figured I could just use
some of these AOL CD's that keep showing up in the mail. I told this to
The Duck who is still rolling on the floor and quacking with laughter
(and calling me a "nitwit"). But I figure I'll just stick them in the
burner and erase them, then record over them just like I used to do with
AOL floppies. Makes perfect sense to me. (So what's with The Duck?
Why is he calling me a "nitwit"?)
The Duck says if they won't erase in the burner I can stick them in the
oven. What's a good temperature?
