Just enough for physical memory. I used Partition Magic to
squeeze a partition at the end of my master disk to create mine.
The trickier part is making sure it is BIOS accessible (i.e.
within the 1024 cylinder limit) at dump time. Follow Steven's web
site directions and it should work. It didn't for me, at first,
because a device driver ordering issue (traps just locked the
machine instead of dumping to disk) but once that was fixed, trap
dumps worked fine.
