OK -- I looked around a little more.
The files: runtime.exe, samples.exe, and toolkit.exe are the correct size.
I have two directories:
Java11 and
JRE11
I don't know what the difference is. I ran the runtime, etc files from
BOTH directories. It doesn't make any difference -- I still get the
o118-20010114 build. Should I try running the update from a different
directory?
Should I try deleting one of the subdirectories?
