Ray, _thanks_ for this. I've added it to my "symptoms" file.
Earlier this year I got hit with a different cookie problem. I had to
renew some domain names, so I simultaneously opened a Network Solutions
renewal window for each one and filled out the form in each window, then
submitted all the forms one-after-the-other. Shouldn't of done that! I
was multiple-billed for each renewal. Apparently each Network Solutions
renewal window creates a cookie, so when each form was submitted the
Network Solutions server saw all the cookies -- and dutifully billed me
for all renewals each time it received a form. Took _four_ months for
them to reverse the billings.
