I have ATTGlobal.net as my permanent ISP for incoming mail, despite
having cable and DSL in Bangkok and Boston. I get excellent service
worldwide from ATT. They support OS/2 in addition to other stuff.
Cost is about $20/mo for plain vanilla, and $25 including webspace
and more userids.
