I used the LEO search engine which couldn't find it. I started at
http://archiv.leo.org/pub/comp/os/os2/leo/
and clicked on Search (on the right sidebar). This brought up
http://search.leo.org/leo_search_en.html
I searched for "man15g" and nothing was found.
