Hi
my experiences do not include America but living here in Europe
and
travelling very frequent in South East Asia I made very good
experience
with IBM.NET resp its successor ATTglobal.NET !
Wherever I have been (many countries) there are local dialup and
the
service (access and availability) is absolutely no problem. Also
technical
assistance is efficient and professional !
Not only, also the monthly fee (choice of 2 rates) is fair and
reasonable.
I gave up my user account with IBM.NET resp ATTglobal.net after
about
5 years because switching everthing to my own domain.
