The SCOUG CD is normally prepared during the week before the
SCOUG meeting, in order to have the latest stuff and because
we're procrastinators.

Burning all the copies takes a few days, 'cause the two burners
we've got are older, slower models and it has to be done at
night, after work, on volunteer labor. Usually by Thursday
or Friday the content is known and the burning process is
well underway.

If you like, we could post a directory structure or a
"new and Updated" message to the list or send it separately
to anyone requesting it off-list.

We've not tried this before, so I don't know how well it
would work, but I'd be willing to try, if it doesn't interfere
with the other stuff that needs to get done at the last minute
just before the meeting.
