Is it possible that you still have the 2.0 DLL's being accessed before
the 2.3 DLL's? It doesn't matter if you're running from the directory
which contains the 2.3's, it's the libpath which controls the search
sequence.
Try something like this (assuming \injoy23 contains the DLL's):
INJOYSTART.CMD
================
c:
cd \injoy23
set beginlibpath=c:\injoy23;%beginlibpath%
injoy
and see if it works.
