What does one need to do to adjust the spooler priority ?  I'm trying  
to fix the unwanted behavior where initiating a print job completely  
ties up the machine -- no mouse response, frozen task list, etc. --  
until the printing is mostly done.  (This is for the W4 / FP-9  
partition, at the moment.)  I don't believe this behavior was always  
the case.  Oddly enough, the CPU meter (provided by C-A-D  Cmdr.) does  
not peg in the high %, while this is going on.
