I would not recommend that.  NET3062 is usually caused by a NIC problem.

  lantran.log 
  ibmlan.ini 
  protocol.ini 
  config.sys 
  setup.cmd 
  startup.cmd 
  dhcpd.cfg

I would recommend understanding what's failing before doing wholesale 
surgery, but that's just me. :-)
