There's nothing wrong. Like I said earlier, nothing is corrupted. You
just need to tell ICE what you want it to do.

IMO, ICE should have been preconfigured to view jpg's since it is
preconfigured to view gif's, but it's not a perfect world.

Open the ICE settings notebook. Click on MIME setup. Click on the MIME
Associations button on the lower right. Select the image/* item from the
MIME Type/subtype dropdown list. The Viewer command field should be
empty, unless you have changed it. Set the Viewer command field to:

ib "%s"

Save away your changes and test. You don't have to wait for someone to
e-mail you a jpg. You can e-mail one to yourself.
