Just to add to what svobi said:

I use both the OS/2 BBS and Hobbes. I like both. I can find different
things on each one. Anyway, I believe the yearly fee for the BBS website
is $29.00 (I may be wrong about that, but it's close). The telephone
number for the BBS via Telnet is: 1-703-242-4482
