Interesting. There is nothing in the "additional control cards" box in my set up yet I still get the
extra sheet. In fact I have nothing is filled in or enabled on that page except "LPD Server" with the
IP address of the SMC and "LPD Printer" which has lpt1. Furthermore, under the "Print Options" tab,
no page separator is listed or enabled.

What do you mean by "looking into control cards?" I clicked in that box and tried to cursor around
and all I got were beeps. It was absolutely empty.

Yes, someday it will be clear and obvious.
