It's all interrelated. The newer BIOS's allow the drive to be accessed by
CHS or LBA. The new BM and os2ldr support LBA addressing. The versions
you are using don't. However, there can still be confusion if the .add
driver decides the geometry is different that what the BIOS thinks it is.
