In addition to what Peter mentioned, there are definitely some DHCP fixes
for TCP/IP.
Remember, iptrace is your friend if you want to watch the conversation
between your box and the router.
Also, inetver and syslevel are your friend when you have TCP/IP problems
and want to know if you need updates.
