When I try to copy one particular file I get a SYS0032:

  [G:\]copy G:\DMISL\BIN\sldb.dmi N:\G\DMISL\BIN
SYS0032: The process cannot access the file because it is being used
  by another process.
          0 file(s) copied.

Here's the help for SYS0032:

  [H:\temp]help sys0032
SYS0032: The process cannot access the file because it is being used
  by another process.
EXPLANATION: The file is already being used by another process.
  ACTION: Retry the command later.

I've tried from a normal command line window, from the
Startup.cmd file during a bootup, and from config.sys
(using a CALL=...), and all of them give a SYS0032.

How can I copy this file? Can *you* copy this file?

I can TYPE the file. I can open it with EPM.
But I can't COPY or XCOPY it.
